Your information when You use the Fitley mobile application and related services (the "Service").

• "Health Data" means information relating to Your physical characteristics, nutrition, or activity.

• "User Content" means photos, images, text, or other inputs You upload to the Service.

• "Device" means any device used to access the Service.

• "You" means the individual using the Service.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Personal Data

• Email address (if provided)

• Username for leaderboard

2.2 Face Analysis Data

• Photos taken for face analysis

• Face scores and analysis results

• Photos submitted to leaderboard (optional)

• Photos are standard JPEG images; no biometric data or facial recognition is used

2.3 Health & Nutrition Data

• Food logs and calorie data

• Macro tracking (protein, carbs, fats)

• Dietary restrictions and allergies

2.4 Calendar & Routine Data

• Scheduled activities and routines

• Reminders and notifications

• Progress photos for routine check-ins

2.5 Usage Data

• Device type and operating system

• App usage and feature analytics

• Crash data and performance logs

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide face analysis and personalized recommendations

• To track nutrition and display calorie data

• To manage calendar and routine features

• To display leaderboard rankings

• To send notifications (if enabled)

• To improve and optimize the Service

4. Data Storage

• Most data is stored locally on Your device

• Leaderboard data and photos are stored on Firebase (Google Cloud)

• We use industry-standard security measures

• Face photos and User Content are retained until You delete them or delete Your account

• Account deletion permanently removes all photos and associated data from our servers

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell Your Personal Data.

We may share data with:

• Firebase (Google) - for data storage and leaderboard features

• Superwall - for subscription management

• Law enforcement - if legally required

We do NOT share Your photos or face data with any third parties for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the Service.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Delete Your leaderboard entry anytime

• Delete individual photos within the app

• Delete Your entire account and all associated data in Settings

• Disable notifications in device settings

• Request data deletion by contacting Us

7. Data Retention

• Face photos are retained until You delete them or delete Your account

• Routine check-in photos are retained until You delete them or delete Your account

• Account deletion removes all Your data from our servers within 30 days

• Anonymous analytics data may be retained for service improvement

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates become effective when posted.
